Dimension Engineering offers a full 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If any product fails within one year of the purchase date, contact us for support to begin the Return Authorization (RMA) process. 

After 1 year, we still offer low cost or free repair service.

Should you order the wrong product, we are willing to exchange it for the correct product for the difference in price.
